Principles of Design
The principle that I chose for this set of photos is Pattern and Emphasis. For the first two photos, emphasis is placed on the subject of the photo through the background being blurred. For the third photo, there is a recurring patter of diamonds throughout the image. The principle I used for this set of photos is Balance and the Rule of Thirds. The first image is a symmetrical composition as what's found on one side of the image is also found on the other side. The second picture is asymmetrical and uses the rule of thirds (I used the grid feature on the iPhone camera app). The third picture is an example of radial symmetry as the arms of the table radiate out from the center circle.
